Tayla grew up in the Forster region and studied a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Physiotherapy on the Gold Coast. Since graduating, Tayla has worked all across Australia, gaining diverse experience in a range of physiotherapy settings and helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and movement goals.

Tayla is a physiotherapist who takes a holistic approach to helping people reduce pain, improve movement, and get back to doing what they love.
Tayla has a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries, women’s health, post-operative rehabilitation, aged care, and supporting NDIS participants. Her approach is holistic and evidence-based, combining hands-on treatment, movement, exercise, and education to help you reach your goals and get back to doing what you love.
Tayla believes every person is unique, she will take the time to understand your lifestyle, challenges, and goals to create a treatment plan that works for you. Tayla is passionate about helping people build confidence in their bodies and enjoy a healthy, active life.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find her at the beach, camping, running, practicing yoga or pilates, or spending time with family and friends.
