Kate provides patient- centred care where she focuses on understanding each patient’s story, conducts thorough assessments, accurate diagnoses and collaborates with patients to develop treatment plans tailored to their goals and lifestyle.

Kate utilises a variety of treatment modalities including spinal and joint manipulation, gentle joint mobilisations, soft-tissue techniques, dry needling, rehabilitative exercise prescription and patient education to reduce pain, improve function and empower her patients’ self-management.

Originally from the Sunshine Coast where she was a competitive surf lifesaver with the Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club, Kate now lives in Forster with her husband and two young boys. She remains active in the community as a member of the Cape Hawke Surf Life Saving Club and swims regularly with the Forster Turtles winter swimming club.
